Aims and Scope
Law Justified Magazine is a peer-reviewed, open access, monthly, digital magazine, which publishes on legal and policy issues majorly focusing on current legal developments for practitioners and professionals.
Publication Mode, Frequency & Language
Digitally publishes 12 issues per year on a monthly frequency basis in the English language, starting from November, 2025.
Article Category
Publishes short articles, commentary of legislative enactments, discussion on specific sections, provisions, clauses, rules, regulations, policies, preamble, aims and objectives thereof; and commentary of court judgements whether decided or admitted if it opens Pandora's box of legal issues in changing times.
Considering the importance of procedures of law in discharging duty as law practitioners and professionals, and for budding professionals, it encourages submissions on procedural laws, and customary rules and procedures related to drafting and pleadings prevailing in the particular courts, tribunals and other authority/offices. This will make a meaningful and fruitful knowledge base for young professionals and reduce the dependency of one on another.
To put special emphasis on current discussion, it also publishes special issues on specific themes.
Targeted Audience
Publishes contents to target primarily practitioners and professionals. However, with an aim to make simplified understanding of law it provides a platform for legal awareness among the general public as well.
Contributor
Seeks contribution from practitioners, professionals, academicians, scholars and students from law and policy practice and study areas. To make content fit for a short article, prospective contributors are advised to choose specific topics of law and policy studies for preparation of manuscript. Generalised discussion from scratch should be avoided.
Call for Paper
Accepts submissions on a rolling basis throughout the year and there is no deadline as such.
